Naperville Senior Center is hosting an educational event on dementia awareness and senior mental health, featuring Board-Certified Geriatric Psychiatrist, M. Shafi Siddiqui, MD, FAPA. 

About Dr. Siddiqui

Dr. Siddiqui is a Geriatric Psychiatrist at SS Behavioral Health, Inc., which has two locations, Bolingbrook and Lombard. He treats older adults with mental illness including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and Neurocognitive disorders (dementia). He also serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago. Dr. Siddiqui completed his Psychiatry residency at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, and a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He is the recipient of the Jeanne Jackson Seigel Clinician of the Year Award, 2023 by the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatrists.
